NEW CD IN THE WORKS!

It's a new year and with that comes the prospect of a new Mother Grove CD. We've begun the process of bringing new songs in to rehearsals, writing new material and weeding through the ones we want to use for the new disc.

The exciting part of this disc is the collaborative effort by all members of the band. Past CDs consisted mainly of songs being brought to the band nearly complete. This CD has us actually writing songs together, bouncing ideas around and really coming together as songwriters as well as musicians. It's very exciting and fulfilling for all of us.

As we begin the recording process in the coming months, we should have more info on it's progress as well as a release date.

This CD is the debut for our newest member John Holland on highland bagpipes and penny whistles. This CD really showcases our diversity and most of all the electrifying, high energy of the band.
